Just a Thursday in Ohio

Well, Thursday was story time at the library. I didn't get any pictures of them listening to stories, but Stanley and Alex really enjoyed the stories, songs, and especially the bubbles the librarian blew! After that, some toys were brought out, and they enjoyed playing. They stopped long enough to get a couple pictures, then off to play with the other kids there.

After that, we came home, and then that evening we went to watch Tyler play baseball. Stanley seemed to enjoy himself, and also passed ball while watching

Stan's Ohio visit

Stan arrived today, a little tired, missing Toni's family, but ready to see what Ohio had to offer. He just missed the cold weather, and so we were able to enjoy some time outside.
Alex was quick to offer a kiss

Tyler wanted to take Stan a ride on his scooter (took the picture before the helmets were on)

Alex wanted to show Stan one of his favorite things - the fish tank!

Sorry Stan, time to do a little Social Studies reading with Kelsea

Stan wanted to help out in the garden

Daddy put Alex's extra car seat in his car, so Alex wanted to try it out, and Stan wanted to see how he fit in Tyler's booster seat

After Stan's long travel, and the kids keeping him busy when he arrived, he was wore out and needed to relax!

What else will this week hold for Stan?

Stan is set to sk-diddle

April 1, 2008

Sorry Stan's been held prisoner here in Indy. Our family has been busy with not one but two rounds of sickness here. Carl was the last man standing (not including paper people) and he fell hard this past week. We just couldn't get the germs on their way, not unlike poor STan. He will be heading out tomorrow for Misty's neck of the woods (germ free; he's had his bath). We've enjoyed his stay. Just wish we could have had more fun while he was here.
